Once merchandise is received, a customer has three business days to report any damage to the item(s). We will exchange the item if the damage is caused by our transportation. There will be a 20% restocking fee for merchandise returned for a refund, merchandise must be in its original packaging with no damage, this excludes Schewelsdirect.com clearance items. Schewelsdirect.com clearance items are not returnable. All sales are final on all Schewelsdirect.com clearance items. Schewelsdirect.com must be notified before returning any merchandise bought online at firstname.lastname@example.org.
