Once merchandise is received, a customer has three business days to report any damage to the item(s). We will exchange the item if the damage is caused by our transportation. There will be a 20% restocking fee for merchandise returned for a refund, merchandise must be in its original packaging with no damage, this excludes Schewelsdirect.com clearance items. Schewelsdirect.com clearance items are not returnable. All sales are final on all Schewelsdirect.com clearance items.
